No more useless meetings

We've all been there. Meetings that make you think "What I am doing here?" when you are in them; or "We just achieved absolutely nothing" at the end of them.

This is a simple framework you can deploy before meetings to make them at least meaningful. It's a tweak on a tool that Hyper Island use. As always I have tweaked the content to suit people - hopefully like you - who are grinding out digital services at large companies. :) 

How to use this template

You can prepare this template a little before your meeting, and run through it for 5 minutes at the start of your meeting with your group. It will help each participant understand why they've been invited and the expectations of the meeting.
